Policies.

Please read the following before booking an appointment. When scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to the following:

Cancellations, Services Cancelled During Appointments, and Late Arrivals: 

24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. This includes services that are cancelled while at your appointment. For example: if you are booked for a highlight and haircut and decide to skip the haircut or the highlight during your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for the forgone appointment.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior, a 50% fee of the total service price will be charged and will be due before a new appointment may be scheduled.

Guests arriving 15 minutes late for an appointment will be subject to rescheduling and a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment

Cancellations can be made through the booking system or email.

No Shows:

No Shows will be charged 100% of the service missed and payment is required prior to booking you next appointment.

Service Redo and Return Policy:

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your hair, please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will make necessary adjustments free of charge.

Retail Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with your purchase your may return it within 30 days for a full retail credit or exchange.
